A: Hail is considered an “Act of God” and filed as a non-chargeable comprehensive claim which will not raise your rates.
A: Manufacturers bake paint at a certain temperature using proprietary techniques and machinery to create a perfect seal. This process creates unique characteristics in a vehicle’s original paint job that are impossible to recreate. That’s why PDR is the better way to go.
A: Yes. Many insurance agencies prefer PDR for repairing dents, especially for hail damage. However, we will assist you in case your agency requires you to file a claim.

A: No. PDR  is a permanent fix for hail dents and dings.

A: Our highly experienced technicians use hand tools to access the back of a damaged panel. They then massage the dent back to shape with special rods and a reflection board. It may take up to 100 small pushes before a panel can be returned to its original pre-hail condition.
A: Most dealers are very savvy in the hail industry and will significantly ding you on any trade-in or lease return of your vehicle. It is always best to get your vehicle repaired even after the smallest hail storm.
A: You can end up with significant damage if you wait to fix your vehicle. Your insurance agency may also make you pay a double deductible if your car sustains multiple dents from hail.
A: For traditional car dent repair, you’re probably looking at between two days and two weeks. If the damage qualifies for PDR, the hail dent could be fixed in as little time as an hour.
A: This is a question we get asked a lot. No, we do not use dry ice to remove dents. It is largely a myth. Dry ice can cause more damage than what a PDR shop would typically charge if used to remove dents.
