We Stand with Colorado During the COVID-19 Crisis

Hailwise proudly serves the Colorado community. As we face this unprecedented health crisis, we continue to make the health and safety of our customers and employees a top priority.

We have enhanced our safety practices and are committed to playing our part to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Updated steps to get your car repaired:

  • No face to face contact:
    • Using only video vehicle evaluations when assessing vehicle damage with Insurances.
    • Using digital materials to communicate with customers, including digital contracts sent by email.
  • We pick up and drop off your car:
    • Staff are required to use gloves any time they come into contact with exposed surfaces on or in our customers’ vehicles.
    • We will disinfect all surfaces and key fobs on and in customer vehicles prior to returning them to our customers.
  • Insurance Claims:
    • We will work with you to cover your deductible – typically with no out-of-pocket cost to you.
    • We will contact your insurance on your behalf if you haven’t already made a claim.
    • All documents will be handled through email or by phone.

As a local small business, we stand with all of you and the Colorado community during this uncertain and difficult time.

Stay Safe,
The Hailwise Team
